2. Description of Service
Aida is an iOS productivity application that provides action management, calendar integration, project organization, and planning tools. The App is designed to help you plan and organize your daily activities.
3. User Accounts and Data
Aida does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose, synced via your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, loss, or unauthorized access to your device or iCloud account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Aida Pro
Aida offers a premium subscription (“Aida Pro”) that provides access to additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and available plans are displayed within the App and on the App Store.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple’s terms and conditions for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
